Where termination occurs and no breach is found, any remaining balance will be refunded to the Player following completion of identity verification.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures and verification checks. Voluntary closure is permanent and cannot be reversed.
